• Please ensure your kit is in a clean and appropriate state for the inspection. I will need to see proof of purchase to help identify the item and make it possible to date and re-tag it.​​

• Remove any non-LOLER items from your kit.

• If this is my first time inspecting your kit please provide me with your previous LOLER reports and purchase receipts.

• ​​Expected kit size for PPE is 22 items:

  • 1 x harness

  • 2 x climbing ropes (to be compliant with 2 rope climbing)

  • 1 x work positioning lanyard

  • 1 x wire core flip-line

  • 8 x karabiners

  • 3 x prusiks or mechanical friction devices

  • 1 x ascender

  • 1 x small pulley

  • 1 x cambium saver

  • 2 x sewn slings

  • 1 x chainsaw lanyard (tool strop)

 

• Expected kit size for Rigging is 12 items

  • 2 x pulleys or impact blocks

  • 1 x rope

  • 1 x lowering device

  • 4 x slings (whoopee/dead-eye/sewn)

  • 2 x steel karabiners

  • 2 x rigging plate or other

• Prices per kit:

  • Initial inspection £120 PPE

  • Initial inspection £100 Rigging

  • 6/12 month re-inspection £80​​

  • Additional items will be extra

• Inspections are every 6 months for PPE and 12 months for Rigging, however, exceptional circumstances may shorten the frequency of inspection such as an item being overloaded, involved in an incident or contaminated with chemicals, in which case, you would need an item inspected prior to its next use.​​
